Service Non-Delivery: If Visa For You is unable to provide the agreed-upon consultancy services due to our own fault, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Service Delay: If there is a significant delay in providing the consultancy services without prior notice or agreement, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: If you change your mind after purchasing our services.
Client Error: If the information or documentation provided by you is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.
Visa Denial: If your visa application is denied by the relevant authorities, as the decision is beyond our control.
Partial Use of Services: If you decide to discontinue using our services after we have begun the consultancy process.
